Description
This waterproof thermometer features a min/max memory that will store lowest and highest readings until the unit is reset. It has a sharp tip probe for taking internal temperatures, and is recommended as a food safety and quality assurance tool for any establishment where food is prepared, cooked, served and stored. It is also ideal for verifying temperature of products on shipping and receiving docks in distribution centers, cold storage and processing facilities. This thermometer complies with U.S. Public Health Services Food Code 4-203, and helps users comply with HACCP requirements. Model 11036 is also for commercial and industrial applications, especially high moisture environments and where minimum/maximum memory is needed.
